Cold Hawaii 2025
We invite you to join us not once, but three times 2025 at our Wingsurfers Camps in Klitmøller, Denmark – better known as Cold Hawaii. Beginners are especially welcome at the first two events. Of course, we’re also excited to hit the waves with you – whether it’s your first time trying wingsurfing or you want to take your skills to the next level. We have the right coach and the perfect gear from Armstrong Foils & Duotone for everyone to test. There will be max 10 Places at each camp week so do not wait to long to secure your spot.

My name is Dirk Herpel, and I would be delighted to join you in wingfoiling at the best spots along the Danish North Sea coast around Klitmøller, better known as Cold Hawaii. As your personal wing coach, I'll provide you with the tips and insights that will advance your wingfoil career. Together on the water, and then on land with video analysis, you'll improve faster than ever. Of course, I also know the best routes for downwinding, whether on the sea or on the fjord.

Wingfoiling is a fascinating experience. This is true for flat water, but even more so when you find yourself effortlessly flying down a wave with the wing casually in one hand for the first time. To achieve this goal as smoothly and easily as possible, you need the right combination of technique and equipment. Ideally, you can focus entirely on the wave and your riding technique without thinking about the wing beneath your feet or in your hand. Sounds exciting? Then book a slot, and we'll tailor a session specifically to your desires, goals, and skill level at the best spots along the Danish west coast, around Cold Hawaii. And if, unexpectedly, the wind isn't ideal on your chosen date, we'll reschedule based on the wind forecast whenever possible.
